Take a trip back to the prohibition era with a visit to Gibson. In this speakeasy-style atmosphere, guests will feel like they are living through the Roaring 20's. Brought to you by Eric Hilton, the mastermind behind the Eighteenth Street Lounge and neighboring Marvin, guests will immediately see what all the buzz is about. This polished watering hole features a sleek open bar as well as a spacious outdoor patio, perfect for soaking up the sun. Their vintage furnishings and warm candles throughout make for an ideal spot for sipping on creative cocktails at a charming favorite. Guests will arrive and be shown to their private upstairs space where they will be greeted with Gibson’s famous punch bowls. Once everyone settles in, the in-house mixologist will create three classic cocktails detailing a brief history of each cocktail, demonstrating how to create the perfect cocktail. During the demo, attendees will have the chance to get behind the bar and put their new skills to the test. In addition to tasting the cocktails, guests can help themselves to the open bar and munch on delicious stationed hors d'oeuvres.
