Guests arrive at Alba Osteria, where they will be greeted with a beer or glass of boutique Italian wine. As everyone gets settled, they will be invited to indulge in delicious, freshly made passed pizza. Once all guests have arrived in the restaurant's open kitchen area, Executive Chef Roberto Donna will lead an interactive demonstration of how he creates one of his mouthwatering dishes. After the demonstration, the group will break into teams of three or four people and attempt to replicate the dish. Once Chef Donna has tasted and judged each team's dish, he will declare a winner. Once the competition is over, the guests will move into the semiprivate dining space to indulge in a delectable three-course meal, complemented by beer and wine.
