Happy hour at The Crooked Pint Ale House
Part gastropub and part sports bar, the Crooked Pint is the perfect spot where guests can expect friendly staff, mouthwatering menu items and one of the largest big screens in town. Attendees will feel right at home as they savor classic Minnesotan favorites and sip on draft brews. Centrally located and just minutes from the Guthrie Theater, University of Minnesota, Mill District and the Mighty Mississippi River, the Crooked Pint serves as the prime location for guests to sit back, mingle and relax. Upon arrival to The Crooked Pint, guests will be welcomed and escorted to their semiprivate space. There, they can indulge in stationed appetizers which will include Minnesotan dishes such as mini Juicy Lucys and various hot dishes. Once everyone has arrived, perfectly selected beer flights will be distributed for a bartender-led tasting. “Crooked Pint has put together a whole ensemble of Lucy look-a-likes, including a serrano peppers-/ habanero Jack cheese-/ sautéed onions-stuffed number called the Hot Lips Lucy, which, we cannot lye... err, lie, is probably their best.” Thrillist
“The 100-seat restaurant would feature a bocce court and a retractable roof, as well as 30 beers on tap and a menu with 12 Juicy Lucys. Owner Paul Dzubnar—owner of Green Mill and a co-owner of Town Hall Brewery—recently bought the property at 40th St. and Lyndale Ave., formerly home to a SuperAmerica gas station. Assuming Crooked Pint gets city approval, they're hoping to open by October.” Eater
