“Quite a buzz has surrounded Old Major's opening, thanks to a swarm of social-media postings that treated the restaurant's arrival with the near hysteria generally associated with Justin Bieber walking into a junior-high cafeteria. The place has a fun vibe. There's a sense of expectancy in the crowd, a mix of neighborhood homeowners and aspirational hipsters looking to graduate from breakfast burritos at Pete's Kitchen.” Denver Post
“Here are some tips if you decide to go this route: If they’ll let you, try hard to order off the main menu, mainly to see if you can get your hands on some ham & biscuits from the dinner menu. If all else fails, eat a charcuterie plate. You’ll also want to get there early and plan to stay for a long time. Sit on the patio, order a stiff drink, and watch the people go by. And whatever you do, don’t come here on a first date. You need to be relaxed so you can enjoy quiet, comfortable people watching and uninhibited consumption of pork parts.” The Infatuation
