Named one of the ‘12 Best-Looking Restaurants Across the U.S.’ by Zagat, this venue will impress art-lovers and foodies alike. Conceptualized by Daniel Alonso of sexy Chicago spots Bordel and Black Bull, Fulton Market Kitchen offers the rare chance to witness the fusion of free-form dining and art appreciation. With a menu designed by Chef Chris Curren, the cuisine embraces the exploration of many different global influences. The restaurant’s inaugural art collection introduces styles from edgy neo-graffiti to geometric sculptures.
Guests will arrive and be escorted upstairs to the private Studio space or to their semiprivate section of the lively Main Lounge. After the first 15 minutes or so, waitstaff will begin passing hors d'oeuvres, which guests can enjoy throughout the event. Guests also will have access to a premium open bar as a selection featuring beer, wine, liquor and select specialty cocktails for the duration of the event. Franklin Riley, Curator of Fulton Market Kitchen will mix and mingle with the group for one hour. He’ll chat about his background in Chicago as an artist, the inspiration behind FMK, how he came to be involved with FMK, his vision of the space and why he curated as he did. Your guests will love this perfect night of mingling and cocktailing.
