"Housed in a refurbished warehouse, this old-fashioned steakhouse serves all the cuts high-protein types love most: Delmonico, New York strip, porterhouse, filet Mignon, prime rib and top sirloin among them. The savory steaks are accompanied by decadent sides like white-cheddar mashed potatoes, pecan wild-rice pilaf, sauteed spinach, seasoned fries and bourbon mushrooms.... At the bar, house-brewed lagers and ales share the spotlight with an extensive selection of wine, cocktails and that steakhouse standard, single-malt scotch” USA Today
“District Chophouse has been brewing on Seventh Street NW since the late ’90s, and current brewer Barrett Laurer excels at both English and traditional German-style ales and lagers. (His traditional Oktoberfest beer is a perennial favorite.)” Washington Post
