It is a restaurant for all occasions, with outdoor seating, private dining space, a great hall and a spirited dining room and bar. Named one of Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs in 2010, DoveCote Chef Clay Miller honed his skills working under top chefs at such prestigious restaurants as Daniel, Tabla, French Laundry and Norman's. As guests arrive, they will be guided to the private dining room, where they will be greeted with a sparkling wine toast. After everyone has arrived, guests will be seated to indulge in a delectable four-course dinner. A professional sommelier will guide the dinner, personally selecting a wine pairing to match each of the first three courses. Between courses, the sommelier will facilitate conversation related to the pairings. The evening will end on a sweet note with classic French desserts and espresso service.
