Learn to make Middle Eastern dishes alongside a famed New York chef. Enjoy a workshop with Chef Mimi Kitani, as she shares her kitchen secrets. Groups will be broken up into chef stations of three to four guests each. Each chef station will be set up with tools and Mimi's Hummus aprons. Guests can grab beer or wine before they learn to create one dise Mimi has chosen for the group. Guests will then enjoy the dishes they've made, along with other Mimi's Hummus favorites, during a three-course dinner.

"You can’t go wrong, whether you choose the one [hummus] crowned with a scoop of favas or the cumin-scented mushroom version, or the even more substantial meat hummus, distinguished by a layer of cinnamon-scented ground beef flecked with pine nuts." New York Magazine
"The tiny square shopfront is sunny and airy, with only eight tables. Perforated wood planks, swooping up to the ceiling, are a clever update of Middle Eastern latticework. The owner, Mimi Kitani, is Israeli, but her mother grew up in Morocco and her father in the Kurdish region of Iraq. Culinary traces from each country surface in her well-edited selection of small plates." The New York Times
"For six years, Mimi's Hummus has been hiding out in Ditmas Park, quietly serving some of the city's best hummus and shakshuka." Eater New York
