Delmonico’s Restaurant was America's very first fine-dining establishment when it opened its doors back in 1837. The elegant restaurant has also contributed its share to culinary innovation, introducing to the world dishes such as the Delmonico steak, Eggs Benedict, Baked Alaska and Lobster Newburg. After all these years, Delmonico's remains the ultimate place to entertain and impress clients. Guests will pass through actual pillars from Pompeii to enter the venue. Upon arrival, they will be greeted and escorted to one of Delmonico's beautiful private rooms. There, guests will enjoy 30 minutes of passed hors d'oeuvres. They will then sit down to indulge in a three-course lunch crafted by Delmonico's renowned executive chef, Bill Oliva. Beer and wine will be available throughout the event.
This experience is also available at Delmonico's newest location, Delmonico's Kitchen in Midtown, New York City for groups of 10-130 guests.

A record of firsts: Delmonico's was the first restaurant to have a "star" chef, the first offer a separate wine list, the first to have table cloths and printed menus, and the first to host a ball or gala outside a private residence!
The cachet: Treat your guests to a VIP lunch at this highly acclaimed restaurant, which has been renovated to match the opulence of its early years.
