"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help in organizing last night's happy hour - the event was a huge success!
For a team that does not get to spend too much time together outside of the office, the guided portions on guacamole and margarita making were really pivotal in facilitating interaction and team bonding among the group. Furthermore, just by coincidence I guess, the head chef and the bar woman were particularly engaging individuals, so they got the group talking and interested right from the start. DJ, our host was all about making sure everything was just right for the group and we really appreciated that. The menu quite filling, much to our surprise given that it was only appetizers, and the food did not disappoint. DJ was also really accommodating in dealing with the two extra attendees we ended up having.
I had anticipated a private room like is advertised on the website, but I guess that's for the TriBeCa location? Nonetheless, the set up was great because the demonstrations happended at a standing bar outside of the restaurant, and the party remained their for the rest of the night - I didn't leave until 10:30 pm! This set up ended up being very appropriate because people interacted with different groups of people rather than being obligated to interact solely with those sitting nearby. It also afforded us a little bit of privacy, which we also appreciated.
All in all, great event, very satisfied and I look forward to working with you in the future to book more fun events!
"great evening thank you for your help in coordinating!"
