Labriola Chicago, located just off the Magnificent Mile, offers a full-service Italian restaurant, café and donut shop—Stan’s Donut—all in one beautiful space. Founder, Rich Labriola, has worked to create his own unique style of authentic artisan bread. Between the European-style bread and delicious pizzas, guests are sure to love the Italian cuisine of Labriola. As guests arrive at the event, they will be greeted by Labriola's chef and staff. Once in their private event space, the chef will explain how to make the best pizza. Guests will be broken up into teams to create pizzas with any toppings they’d like. While the pizzas are cooking, guests can enjoy assorted breads, appetizers, salad and cocktails. The chef will then come out and pronounce the winner. It is encouraged to bring prizes for the winning team. Guests will then sit down to enjoy their delicious creations along with some of Labriola’s famous pizzas.

"Erin made setting up the event super easy and was helpful in getting me the info. and details that I needed. Molly's follow-up was super helpful and the event turned out perfectly! My clients and I had a great time and would definitely consider this for future entertainment events. "
"The pizza tossing should be more interactive. The chef should be more involved and encourage the guests to toss pizza etc. Liven it up and make it more fun! Also, I would suggest no chairs at the tables during the pizza making portion of the event and different appetizers during the reception."

It's unique: Though we've all seen chefs toss dough high into the air on TV and in movies, how many people can say they've done it themselves?
It's interactive: Your guests are sure to let their guard down while tossing dough in the air, attempting to get the perfect pizza crust.
