Labriola Chicago, located just off the Magnificent Mile, offers a full-service Italian restaurant, café and Stan’s Donut, all in one beautiful space. Founder, Rich Labriola, started Labriola Baking Company in 1993 with a passion to create his own unique style of authentic artisan bread. Working with French, Italian and German masters, Rich incorporated unique starters, aged is own flour and installed distinctive ovens to bring traditional European breads to a hungry market. After working in the baking industry, Rich decided to expand his love for great bread into a bakery café. As guests arrive at the event, they will be greeted by Labriola's outstanding bartenders, who will lead an interactive demonstration on how to craft 3 of Labriola’s featured cocktails. After enjoying their cocktails, guests will be seated for a multi-course Italian dinner. After creating their cocktails, guests will be seated for a three-course plated dinner. Guests also will enjoy their favorite beverages from an open bar throughout the event.

"The pizza tossing should be more interactive. The chef should be more involved and encourage the guests to toss pizza etc. Liven it up and make it more fun! Also, I would suggest no chairs at the tables during the pizza making portion of the event and different appetizers during the reception."
