Chicago’s GT Fish & Oyster brings style to seafood-centric dining with a special menu of small plates by Michelin-starred Chef Giuseppe Tentori. The menu is half-traditional, half modern and features an eclectic selection of small plates. This seafood spot has received 3 stars from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times.
As guests arrive, they will be led down the main staircase through the staff-only hallways of GT Fish & Oyster and into the impressive entrance to the Whale Room. Once in their private space, your guests will watch as the master mixologist demonstrates how to shake, stir and muddle cocktails. During this time, the mixologist will also delve into the history of mixology and how to stock a perfect bar at home. For 30-45 minutes, guests will divide into pairs and gather around a table set with stations of mixer ingredients and bar tools where they will craft two different cocktails with the help of the expert. Following the lesson, your group will be seated to enjoy the cocktails and the mouthwatering chef's tasting menu.
