Known as a swanky speakeasy-style spot, Carrie Nation is just the spot to truly transport guests back to the roaring ‘20s. Sip on signature cocktails served up by the expert mixologists with the tunes of the late and great Frank Sinatra playing in the background. With oxblood walls and velvet drapes, guests will feel like they stepped back in time during this fun themed event. Whether it’s running the billiards table or eating up the wonderfully prepared bites, there is something in this speakeasy sure to impress every client. Guests will arrive and be welcomed by the host at the entrance to the venue. They will then be directed into the venue, which they will have private use of during the full length of their event. A live band will be playing music in the style of Frank Sinatra, setting the tone for an elegant party that will bring guests back to the Roaring 20's. The group is welcome to order drinks from the waitstaff or at one of the bars within the venue. Passed appetizers will be served by the waitstaff dressed in 20's themed attire and stationed appetizer and dinner displays will be located throughout the space. For those looking for an activity, pool tables will be available for use in the Speakeasy, hidden behind a thick velvet curtain. Guests will sip and socialize throughout the event.

"Named after the woman known for vandalizing bars during the temperance movement of the early 1900s, this cocktail bar features a variety of whiskeys and appropriately named signature cocktails, such as December 5th (the date Prohibition was repealed) and Racket Buster (the nickname of a famous Boston police officer), in its main bar and upstairs speakeasy" Food & Wine
"Carrie Nation is named, of course, after the temperance movement crusader, who would enter a drinking establishment with a hatchet, creating obvious havoc. No ghost of her here (although she may be rolling over in her grave); the front room is large and beautiful, with a nod to the past- red leather, turn of the century fixtures. Even more my speed, check out the dark and well appointed back room, complete with two old billiard tables- you'll feel like it's 1915 and Carrie herself might bust in at any moment.” Boston.com
