3 Tips for Booking Holiday Virtual Events

The spirit of the season is upon us, and we have wonderful ways for you to acknowledge and celebrate it! Kapow! has partnered with our supplier network to curate unique virtual holiday-themed events. We also wanted to share tips to ensure you are able to book and execute the perfect virtual event this holiday season.

1. Plan and book early!
   All events benefit from early planning, but early planning is especially important with holiday events when so many groups want to schedule their events on the same few days. The 2nd and 3rd Thursdays of December are the most popular days for events of the whole year. If your event involves shipping of any materials or involves any customization, book at least 4 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for delivery.

2. Check out holiday-specific event options
   If you’ve seen our virtual event options before, look again! Many new virtual event options are available only during the holiday season.

3. Have a backup plan
   Short on time? No problem, we have many excellent holiday virtual events that don’t require shipping.
