Maximize face time, networking at conferences with our new offering
Kapow is excited to announce a new offering that makes booking events and experiences around conferences, tradeshows and conventions easier than ever. Our conference partnerships extend the show floor after it’s closed for the day, and give exhibitors and attendees more face time, and in turn better relationships, more business and memorable experiences.
More than 75% of tradeshow attendees travel more than 400 miles to attend, and one of the top three goals tradeshow exhibitors have is to build relationships. Kapow’s new conference offering conveniently connects these out-of-towners with evening entertainment and gives exhibitors an unfair advantage by providing more opportunities to close deals, nurture relationships and network.
We’re thrilled to be working with the American Society of Anesthesiologists on the largest anesthesia educational event in the world, ANESTHESIOLOGY® 2017 in Boston this fall. How it works for associations
We’ll partner with associations to provide unique experiences near the convention or tradeshow. Choose from catered shopping experiences at national retailers or local boutiques where attendees receive one-on-one consultations, movie theater buyouts, sailing excursions, hands-on mixology and culinary events, wine tastings and chef demos in addition to more traditional dinners and cocktail hours. We build out a microsite with your branding and specifications, and provide you with customized marketing materials to make discovering and booking an event as easy as possible for your attendees, members, exhibitors and affiliates. While events can be booked in a few clicks on the customized microsite, our event experts are available to chat online or by phone if assistance is needed.
How it works for attendees and exhibitors
Your attendees and exhibitors will discover unique and memorable event ideas within miles or steps of the conference space. They’ll choose from dinners, cocktail events, in-store retail events, sporting events and interactive activities all near the convention center or hotel. All events featured on the microsite are pre-packaged and can be booked online in a few clicks. If an attendee is looking to build a large-scale event that requires piecing together venue space, transportation, décor, activities and entertainment, we’ll connect them with AlliedPRA, who can step in to produce the event.
