Made with Bootleg mix, which can only be purchased from Woodhill Country Club in Wayzata, gin, vodka or light rum and club soda, this tasty beverage will leave your taste buds incredibly happy. Pair this delicious cocktail with another Minnesota classic, the Jucy Lucy– a cheeseburger with a cheese-infused patty– for a truly mouthwatering, Minnesotan experience.

The Purple Viking

An ode to Minnesota’s NFL team, this cocktail is a touchdown in and of itself. With a seemingly random mix of spirits, including Southern Comfort, Blue Curacao liqueur, blueberry liqueur, Sloe gin, a splash of lime juice, sour mix and lemon-lime soda, the result is surprisingly delicious. As the name implies, this purple beverage is a refreshing sipper meant to be quaffed amongst other Minnesotans, even Vikings fans.
