This weekend marks one of the tastiest weekends of the year where all-star culinary talent come together at Chicago Gourmet in Millennium Park. With more than 150 of the best restaurants and chefs, we picked out a few of our favorites.

David Dworshak – Bar Takito: This chef surely knows how to serve up the most delicious dishes at his Latin-inspired, shared plate restaurant in the West Loop. We love his coffee braised beef tacos and are curious to see what he brings to the table this coming weekend.

Tony Mantuano – Spiaggia, Terzo Piano, Bar Toma, River Roast: Bravo TV’s Top Chef Masters contestant, Mantuano, makes our hearts sing. From pizza tossing to upscale contemporary cuisine, Mantuano truly knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. With multiple Chicago favorite restaurants to his name, you should be sure not to miss Tony Mantuano at Chicago Gourmet this year.

Yongho Cho – Kamehaci: Chef Yongho Cho is the Executive Sushi Chef for our Old Town favorite, Kamehachi Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar. For more than forty years, Kamehachi has been stealing the Chicago sushi scene by perfecting the art of sushi. By using only the highest quality ingredients and meticulously crafting its offerings, Kamehachi has earned a reputation as the premier Japanese eatery in the Chicagoland area.
