Mace went to the Hall of Records and the Library to dig up dirt on Harmia and Fun Toy, but came up empty-handed. He noticed a classified ad for a mechanical engineer position at Fun Toy. Hoping to learn more about the company, he went in and applied for the job . While filling out the application, Mace heard a female voice down the hall complaining loudly that her scheduled interview with Harmia had been canceled for the third time. Mace followed the woman into the parking lot where she introduced herself as Navy Blue, a reporter for the Daily Chronicle. Navy told Mace she was writing a story about Congressman Nielsohn's major supporters, but she revealed nothing else.
